• Client has 1000 boxes on site they need to convert
• DSI picks up the 1000 boxes clearing up valuable office space
• Client dictates that they want 20 boxes per month scanned
• Data is scanned and archived to a DVD per client request

• Client can choose to scan more or less
• Client determines scanning priority – which boxes need to be scanned first
