RS-Web allows access to our database where you can perform many tasks yourself, eliminating telephone calls and miscommunications. Through RS-Web and your internet connection, you can now request services, check the status of your orders, update account information, and even view in-depth information down to file-level.
For our secured tape media clients, Tape Track is a cross platform tape management framework that integrates natively with both open systems backup applications and mainframe tape management systems to provide an enterprise view of all removable media assets. Tape Track provides users with an easy to follow Windows Wizard interface that allows them to send and retrieve media from DSI’s vaults. Through the program, users create transactions logs for full audit trails, and use a barcode scanner to reduce human error.
